TWNIC 網路治理交流論壇是台灣最重要的網路盛會之一。為期三天的會議涵蓋網際網路唯一識別碼、網路治理及網路安全等多項主題，每天均有獨特主題：

第一天：為ICANN APAC-TWNIC 網路治理交流論壇，ICANN 與 TWNIC 將共同分享域名系統發展的現況及相關計畫。

第二天：第 43 屆 TWNIC IP 位址政策暨技術交流會議，重點討論網際網路通訊協定、技術進展，以及網路政策的永續發展。

第三天：TWNIC 社群交流論壇，著重展現 TWNIC 與在地社群的合作，以及建立網路使用者信任基礎的努力。

交流論壇匯集台灣及亞太地區的重要利害關係人，共同探討網路基礎建設的關鍵議題。與會者將有機會參與網路治理討論、探索政策發展方向，並為確保台灣及更廣泛亞太地區網路穩定運作的網路政策發展貢獻心力。

The TWNIC Engagement Forum is one of Taiwan's largest Internet events. This three-day conference covers various topics including Internet unique identifiers, Internet governance, and cybersecurity, with each day featuring a distinct theme:

Day 1: The ICANN APAC-TWNIC Engagement Forum, where ICANN and TWNIC will jointly present updates on DNS development and related initiatives.

Day 2: The 43rd TWNIC IP Open Policy Meeting (OPM), focusing on Internet protocols, technical advancements, and the sustainable development of Internet policies.

Day 3: The TWNIC Community Engagement Forum, highlighting TWNIC's collaboration with local communities and efforts to build trust among Internet users.

The combined event brings together key stakeholders from Taiwan and the Asia Pacific region to discuss critical Internet infrastructure issues. Participants will have the opportunity to engage in discussions about Internet governance, explore policy developments, and contribute to the evolution of Internet policies that ensure stable network operations across Taiwan and the broader Asia Pacific region.

參與會議期望的行為

會議期間與會者應表現出良好且正面的舉止行為，尊重其他與會者並維護一個安全且包容的環境。
我們希望所有與會者均能在受到歡迎且舒適的狀態下參與會議，因此我們將致力於避免以下情形發生：

  • 因國籍、種族、文化、社會或經濟階級、教育程度、性別、性傾向、性別認同與外表、年齡、身形、家庭狀態、政治傾向、宗教或身心障礙而有的歧視行為。
  • 打擾與會者或會議議程，破壞場地設施、隨意闖入非公共區域及竊盜等之不良行為。

違反期望行為之後果

  • 與會者做出其他與會者無法接受之行為在接到停止要求時須立即停止。
  • 會議工作人員將會採取適當行動確保會議順利進行，包含在未警告的狀況下暫時或永久禁止做出不適當行為的與會者參與會議。
  • 如果您遭受或目擊無法接受的行為或有其他擔憂時，請立刻通知我們的工作人員。

Expected Behavior

Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and positively throughout the event, showing respect and courtesy to others and helping maintain a safe and inclusive environment. We strive to ensure all attendees feel welcome and comfortable to participate fully. To achieve this, we are committed to providing an environment free of the following unacceptable behaviors:

  • Discrimination based on race, ethnicity, culture, national origin, social or economic class, educational level, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, age, size, family status, political belief, religion, or mental or physical ability.
  • Disruptive behavior including disturbance to others or event proceedings, misuse of property, trespassing, theft, or other antisocial acts.

Consequences

  • Unacceptable behavior will not be tolerated from any participant, including those with decision-making authority. Anyone asked to stop unacceptable behavior must comply immediately.
  • If a participant engages in unacceptable behavior, the organizers may take any action deemed appropriate, including temporary ban or permanent expulsion from the event without warning.
  • If you experience or witness unacceptable behavior, or have any other concerns, please notify our staff immediately.

主辦單位保有修改、變更本論壇之講者與議程之權利，且不另行通知。如遇不可抗力之因素或其它基於公共安全或衛生之考量，主辦單位亦保有隨時延期或取消本論壇之權利。

The organizer reserves the right to modify the speakers and agenda of the Forum without prior notice. In case of force majeure or other considerations related to public safety or health, the organizer also reserves the right to postpone or cancel this forum at any time.
