主講人 Sally Costerton 將概述網域名稱系統的發展過程及其後的演變。他將分享如何討論和制定 DNS與網際網路政策，以及全球層級的政策將會如何影響與應用在區域/地方層級。本次分享將為開幕專題討論中關於域名空間未來展望的討論奠定基礎。 

Keynote speaker Sally Costerton will provide an overview on how the Domain Name System (/name space) was developed and how it has evolved since. Her sharing will also include how DNS/Internet policies are discussed and made, as well as how policies at the global level are relevant and applicable to the regional/local level. This sharing will set the scene for discussions at the opening panel on what’s next in the name space.

開場專題討論將回顧網域名稱空間的發展，並討論對未來的展望。座談嘉賓將討論為何網域名稱是不可或缺的數位資產，以及目前的功能以外有哪些可以使用域名之處。座談嘉賓也將討論新通用頂級域名下一輪申請開放計畫對於擴展網際網路域名系統的機遇與挑戰。

The opening panel will recap developments in the name space and discuss what is envisioned for the future. Panelists will discuss why domain names are essential as digital assets, and how they can be used beyond current functions. Panelists will also discuss opportunities and challenges with the upcoming expansion of the Internet’s Domain Name System through the New gTLD Program: Next Round.

在開場專題討論之後，本場次會議將深入討論新通用頂級域名下一輪開放計劃，此計劃對您有什麼協助？申請新通用頂級域名有什麼意義？座談嘉賓將深入探討不同類型的頂級域名，並討論其優點和挑戰。會議也會討論對 2012 年上一輪開放域名系統擴展的反思。

Following the opening panel, this session will zoom into discussions on the New gTLD (generic Top Level Domain) Program: Next Round. How is the program applicable to you? What does it mean to apply for a new gTLD? Panelists will deep dive into the different types of Top Level Domains, and discuss benefits and challenges. The session will also discuss reflections from the previous 2012 round of Domain Name System(/name space) expansion.

本場次將探討網域名稱系統安全威脅的當前趨勢。座談嘉賓將探討社群如何協同合作，以更好地緩解和處理這些威脅。除了主要的 DNS 業者 (如註冊管理機構與受理註冊機構)外，更廣泛的網際網路社群該如何合作？有哪些措施和工具可用（例如可信賴的通知者協定等機制）? 

This session will explore current trends on Domain Name System (DNS) security threats. Panelists will explore how the community can collaborate to better mitigate and address such threats. In addition to key DNS industry players (e.g. registries, registrars), how can the wider Internet community work together? What initiatives and tools are available (e.g. mechanisms such as the Trusted Notifier Agreements)?

本次會議將由 ICANN 各類利害關係人的代表分享他們的參與經驗。座談嘉賓將討論 ICANN 的多方利害關係人模式 - 是什麼讓他們有興趣參與；有什麼方法讓多方利害關係人模式運作得更好？發言人也將分享如何加入他們成為 ICANN 社群的一員。

This session will feature representatives from ICANN’s various stakeholder groups, sharing their participation experiences. Panelists will discuss ICANN’s multistakeholder model— what interests them to participate; are there ways for the multistakeholder model to work better? Speakers will also share how you can join them to be part of the ICANN community.
